Verification before anything
Government ID plus a live selfie match — for customers AND companions — before anyone can see or message anyone. There is no unverified mode, no guest browsing, no exceptions. Minimum age 18 (21 for companions).
Public venues only
Bookings must be at a real public establishment — a café, museum, gym, mall or co-working space. The app rejects residential addresses. First meetings in private locations are the root of most harm in this category; we removed them by design.
Money that protects both sides
Payment is captured into escrow when a booking is accepted and released only after completion. No cash means no on-the-spot pressure, no haggling, and no robbery target — and every transaction leaves an accountability trail.
Meeting-start codes
A shared code confirmed in person at the start of every meeting creates a ground-truth record that you met, when, and where — the anchor for payment release and for our response team if anything goes wrong.
SOS with humans behind it
One tap alerts your emergency contact with your live location and opens a priority incident with our response team, who call you back within minutes during the pilot. India’s 112 emergency shortcut sits right next to it.
Screened, booking-scoped chat
Chat exists to plan a booked activity — it opens with a booking request and closes after completion. Every message is screened for solicitation and contact-info sharing before delivery.
Zero tolerance, one strike
Sexual or romantic solicitation — by anyone, in either direction — is a permanent ban on the first offense, enforced at the ID and device level. No VIP exceptions. Where the law requires, we cooperate fully with authorities.
Optional live location
Share your live location with the platform during an active meeting — one tap on, automatically off afterwards, purged within 72 hours unless an incident is flagged.
Our commitment to transparency
From launch, we will publish our safety statistics — incident rates, enforcement actions, and response times — the way airlines publish safety records. If we ever fall short, you'll hear it from us first.
