Community Guidelines

Instant Bae exists so verified adults can enjoy safe, strictly platonic company for everyday activities. These guidelines are a condition of using the platform. They apply equally to customers and companions — there are no VIP exceptions.

1. Strictly platonic — one strike

Requesting, offering, implying, or coding language for romantic, sexual, or intimate services is prohibited. This includes "jokes," "testing," and off-platform propositions connected to a booking. The penalty is a permanent ban on the first offense, enforced at the identity and device level. Where conduct may be unlawful, we preserve evidence and cooperate with authorities.

2. Public venues, honest plans

• Meetings happen only at the booked public venue.
• Venue or plan changes must be proposed and accepted in-app.
• Private residences, hotel rooms, and vehicles are not meeting venues.

3. Money stays on the platform

• All payments flow through in-app escrow. Cash or direct transfers are prohibited.
• Asking to pay or be paid off-platform — including "to avoid fees" — is a bannable offense.

4. Respect is mandatory

• No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or unwanted physical contact.
• No contact outside the booking-scoped chat unless both people book again.
• Companions may decline any request without penalty; customers may cancel within the cancellation policy.
• No photography or recording of the other person without explicit consent.

5. Real identities, real profiles

• One account per person, verified with your own government ID.
• No impersonation, no account sharing, no misrepresentation of age.
• Profile photos must be of you, recent, and appropriate for a professional platform.

6. Safety participation

• Confirm the meeting-start code honestly and only in person.
• Use SOS for genuine emergencies; deliberate false alarms are a violation.
• Report violations promptly — reports are confidential and retaliation is itself a ban-level offense.

Enforcement ladder

Depending on severity: warning → temporary suspension → permanent ban. Solicitation (Rule 1), off-platform payment steering (Rule 3), and safety-code fraud skip the ladder and result in immediate permanent bans. Enforcement statistics will be published in our transparency reports.
