1. What Instant Bae is

Instant Bae ("the Platform") is a marketplace where verified adults ("Customers") book verified adults ("Companions") for time-bound, strictly platonic social activities at public venues. The Platform is an intermediary: Companions are independent providers, not employees of the Platform.

2. What Instant Bae is not

The Platform is not a dating, romance, escort, or adult-services product and may not be used to seek, offer, or facilitate any such services or any unlawful activity. Violations result in permanent removal and, where applicable, referral to authorities.

3. Eligibility & verification

• Customers must be 18+; Companions must be 21+.
• All users must complete government-ID and selfie verification before accessing other users.
• You warrant that all information and documents you provide are your own and accurate.

4. Bookings & payments

• Booking amounts (Companion rate × duration + service fee) are captured at acceptance and held in escrow on licensed payment-aggregator rails.
• Funds release to the Companion after confirmed completion; a 12-hour dispute window applies.
• Cancellation outcomes follow the published cancellation policy shown before every confirmation.
• All payments must occur on the Platform. Off-platform payment for platform-originated meetings is prohibited.

5. Conduct

The Community Guidelines are part of these Terms. The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, with escrow handled per the dispute policy.

6. Safety services

Safety features (verification, meeting codes, SOS, location sharing) reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. In an emergency, always contact local emergency services (112 in India) first.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the booking giving rise to a claim. The Platform does not guarantee any Companion earnings level.

8. Data

Personal data is handled per the Privacy Policy and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Grievances

Grievance Officer contact and escalation timelines (per the IT Rules, 2021) are published on this page and in-app. [To be completed with the appointed officer's details before launch.]

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory arbitration clause finalized with counsel.
